This is a first 'MAKE UP MONDAY' post and we thought we'd share some beauty favorites of ours. We also have a special guest called Georgia from http://geoxox.blogspot.co.uk/ !
OK so the way we are going to do this is Liv will ask the questions while Charlie and Georgia (who are sisters) will answer the questions.
Here we go!
1. L: What is your favorite foundation to use when you are going out shopping?
C: I don't normally wear foundation unless I'm having a really bad skin day but if I am, then I wear No.7 Stay Perfect in the shade of 'calico'.
G: I don't normally wear wear foundation, just concealer and powder, but if I do I wear a light coverage of Bonjour shade 52, healthy mix serum.
L: I love the Rimmel London Match Perfection cream foundation with SPF 15 in the shade 100 - Ivory
2. L: What powder do you use with your foundation or concealer?
C: I love Rimmel London clear complexion clarifying powder in shade 21 - transparent
G: I have 2 the first one is No. 7 perfect light pressed powder and the second one is natural collection loose powder in translucent.
L: I use Miss Sporty 4 anti-spot pressed powder in shade 01 transparent.
3. L: What primer do you use?
C: Benefit's porefessional primer It's good and keeps my make up on all day! And it apply's nicely.
G: I don't wear primer. Sorry!
L: I love to use the 17 photo flawless skin primer, it's really good and affordable.
4. What blush do you use?
C:I use and love Hervana Benefit blusher from the benefit counter it comes with it's own brush which is good because it's slanted and hits the apples of your cheeks really well and the colour is really nice because it's a peachy colour instead of a bright pink.
G: I use natural collection blushed cheeks in Pink Cloud and it's really cheap as well and it comes out really nicely too!
L: I use the MUA blusher in shade CUPCAKE! It's cheap (£1) and comes out with a really nice colour!
5. Which bronzer do you love best?
C: I used up all my bronzer then went on holiday so I haven't used bronzer in a while because of my tan but I think it was a Rimmel London one?
G: I don't wear bronzer.
L: Again I use another MUA bronzer in SHADE 1 but before that I used a Tesco one in shade warm! For a supermarket brand it was really good!
6. Which concealer do you use most often?
C: It depends, if I want a heavy coverage then I use No.7 Stay Perfect blemish cover in shade extra fair, but the one that I use daily is the Maybelline NY fit me! concealer in the shade 20.
G: I use 2 and I use them both daily, one of them is green and it covers redness it's called corrector stick by natural collection. And the other one is from marks and spencers and it's in shade light.
L: You guessed it.. another MUA product, I use there cover and conceal wand in shade natural and also there pen in light. It works really well if you blend it right!
7. Which highlighter do you like to wear when you are looking a bit dull in the morning?
C: I don't really use highlighter very often but the only one I have is really old, but it's good, it's called the daily face glow from Marks and Spencers.
G: Most of the time I don't wear highlighter but if i'm feeling adventurous then I blend a bit of white eye shadow onto my cheeks!
L: I don't wear highlighter, but I did get one in a face palette but I don't use it
8. What is the moisturizer you use in the morning?
C: I use a chocolate flavored moisturizer so it smells gorgeous and I use that on my arms and legs but on my face I use the whole simple collection which is the purifying cleansing lotion, toner and facial scrub it makes my skin so soft.
G: I use the same. The simple range, but not the facial scrub I use a soap and glory one that smells like marshmellows :)
L: I use Daily use Simply pure Moisturizing lotion with pH balanced mineral oils, it's great for my skin.
9. Which lip gloss do you find yourself reaching for most often?
C: Instead of a lip stick I use an apocalips lip lacquer from Rimmel London in the shade Luna. It's very glossy and stays on for ages.
G: I also use apocalips but i use it in two colours Stella and Luna at first it apply quite glossy but since it stays on for so long at the end it is quite matte.
L: I like two lip glosses the first one is a colour trend lip gloss in Paris the other one is a new one that i got it from MUA its called out there pumping lips gloss in the shade nude.
10.Which lip stick do you use most often?
C: I am not a great lip stick fan so as we are moving i have thrown most of them away but i kept a Maybelline baby pink lipstick and it is really cute.
G: My favorite lip stick i only use when i want my lips to look more shimmery because it has an undertone of shimmery and the colour is almost orange it is in a colour called coral sea and i don't know what make it is !
L: If i want a bold look then i use 17's lasting fix in hot chilli it is a bright red and can bit a bit harsh but otherwise i use my two true glossy ware lipstick in shade two it is a barbie pink but shows up lighter.
11. Which lip balm do you use before wearing lipstick?
C: I normally use a Vaseline in the morning so my lips are nice and soft all day and sometimes if i am having a bad lip day I might apply it before lip gloss of stick.
G: Hmm just plain old Vaseline!
L:Before lip stick i use Nivea hydro care but any other time i use the body shop born lippy in water melon
12. Do you wear lip liner? If so, which do you use?
C: I don't wear lip liner because it reminds of old grandmas and i am only 13 ! :p (no offence meant)
G: I don't wear lip liner because i don't like wearing to much makeup!
L:I don't because i don't have a lip liner that matches a lip stick but i might fill in my lips with a lip liner lightly i have no.7 perfect lip pencil in 30 caramel !
13. If you use an eye primer, then would you recommend it to anyone else?
C: I don't usually wear eye makeup apart from eyeliner and mascara but sometimes when I use eye shadow i use an all rounder primer from nars.
G:No because i don't wear eye shadow I prefer eye cream.
L: I don't have an 'Eye Primer' as such, but I do have a metallic cream from 17 that I sometimes put on as a base.
14. What single eye shadow or Palette do you reach for most often?
C: Definitely my mac 120 professional palette it is so good and the variety of colour is amazing and also they are so bright and pigmented!
G;I don't wear eye shadow but i do like benefits cream eye shadow in birthday suit!
L: I wear eye shadow all the time and I use my heaven and earth palette from MUA or my Natural collection eye shadow duo in Mocha and Latte.
15. Do you use gel, kohl or liquid eye liner?
C: Liquid and pencil !
G: Liquid
L: Mostly pencil but sometimes gel.
16.What are you favorites (eye liner)?
C: My maybelline New York liner express and my natural collection pencil eye liner
G: I like bonjour Paris felt tip eye liner because its easy to apply and it looks good!
L: For a kohl liner, I use my 17 eye liner in black but the MUA one is good as well and comes with a sharpener,
17.What is you all time favorite mascara?
C:My favorite all rounder is benefits there real mascara but i do love my maybelline new york rocket volum express and my no.7 exquisite curl !
G: Maybelline New York Rocket volume express.
L: No.7 Exquisite curl or the No.7 extreme length, maybe the collection no clumps, that's good as well.
18.What face brush do you use?
C: I use the benefits foundation brush and i have a set of models own brushes which I use for everything else !
G: Just a cheap own from boots in the brand models own !
L: For foundation I either use my sponge or No.7 foundation brush for powder I use my real techniques blush brush, and I use that for blusher and bronzer as well.
19.What eye shadow brush do you use?
C: Models own blending brush and eye shadow brush.
G: Models own
L: 17 eyes and then No.7 blend and contour brush for blending and No.7 Smokey eye liner brush for the brow bone and tear-duct.
20.If you could only wear one nail polish for the rest of the year (being able to top it back up) which one would you choose?
C: I would definitely choose a models own pastel blue x because it is sooo cute or shellac as i do my own x
G: Umm ... Shellac in Coral
L: That's hard! I wear nail polish all the time and I always use my NYC long-time lavender for the weekends.. so that one.
21.What scent have you been wearing lately?
C: At the moment I am really loving the fragrance daisy by Marc Jacobs ?
G: Pink Nancy by Sapil and The lovers by Suzy young
L: I've been wearing body sprays from impulse but I have been using up my 'Dreamy days' from M&S which is really nice, but hopefully I'm getting Taylor by Taylor Swift for my birthday day.
22.Which make up brand could you not live without (High end and drugstore)?
C: Benefit and mac xx
G: Benefit because it has everything and is really good quality x
L: MUA because I can actually do a whole make up look using just there products plus everything is super cheap!
